Staff at Tilbury Young are celebrating having successfully achieved the widely recognised Investors In People standard.

Investors In People was developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations to help businesses improve their performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

The report and feedback Tilbury Young received from the panel was very encouraging:

"Tilbury Young has a very friendly culture where the staff members clearly work well together in a ‘family’ atmosphere. Customer service, helpfulness and enthusiasm are important to everyone and this is supported by an encouragement from the Partners to learn and progress."
